If you choose to submit to the internet, your order will become an attachment to an email and you will be given the opportunity include a message or attach additional documents, such as a survey, relevant Power of Attorney and/or Contract.

Once received,
- your order is processed,
- the title examination process is begun,
- the commitment prepared, and
- the file given to the Escow Department for successful closing
